IRB Racing

A high-speed team event simulating a rescue using an Inflatable Rescue Boat (IRB), crewed by a driver and crewperson who navigate the surf, "retrieve" a patient, and return to shore. Four event types — IRB Rescue, Mass Rescue, Tube Rescue and Teams Rescue — all test speed, coordination and surf knowledge.
