The primary training day for Juniors is every Sunday from 9am to 11am, during the season.
Training is both beach and water based. All Junior members participating in water based training must have completed the Proficiency Swim to be eligible to attend these sessions. Members must also wear their age group cap and training vest for water safety and identification purposes.
In addition to Sunday, a variety of training sessions are available to interested members during the week and weekends. The additional training is both fun and helps the Juniors to improve their skills.
