Trigg retained their mantle as WA’s Premier Surf Sports club on the weekend with a fantastic win at Scarborough Beach.  With a points score of 870, Trigg finished 369 points ahead of Mullaloo on 501, with Sorrento in third place on 478 points.  This was a return to first place after 3 seasons in the wilderness!  Trigg made a clean sweep of the trophies, also taking home the Handicap Points with 965.5 points, Scarboro second on 744.2 and Fremantle third on 644.9 points.

In testing windy, messy conditions the training our youngsters have undertaken since October definitely shone through with a multitude of medallists and many other points scorers across all age groups.  A big thanks to all age group managers, parents and coaches for your valuable time.  It was certainly evident in the skills our kids showed.

Will Savage was a standout in the U12 Boys with 6 gold medals and 1 silver, and was named U12 Male Competitor of the carnival.  Well done Will and we had so many other great competitors, too many to name.  A full list of results can be found here:
